My interest in nutrition and fitness began with the development of my own health issues. I wanted to learn how to better manage my symptoms and work with my body, since most days, I felt like I was fighting a losing battle. After graduating from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, I got my PCOS and IBS under control, to the point where they are now asymptomatic.
I began working in a clinic setting, helping others do the same. While helping others manage their health with nutrition, I noticed a gap in my knowledge, exercise. I began lifting weights with many mentors along the way, and eventually completed the NASM to begin training others.
I am now a nutrition coach, personal trainer, and amateur bikini bodybuilder. I have a special interest in women’s health, weight management, and meditation.
